jdbygg Terms & Conditions

By accessing the jdbygg platform, creating an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have fully read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the platform.

These Terms must be read together with jdbygg's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an inseparable part of these Terms. Any amendments take effect from the date they are published on the platform. Continuing to use the platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

jdbygg services are intended only for those who meet the following requirements—

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must be a person with the legal capacity to make their own decisions.
• Must not be restricted from the platform for any reason.
• Must open an account in your own name and be personally responsible for your gaming and financial decisions.

You are responsible for ensuring that your children or anyone under your supervision does not use the platform. jdbygg has the right to carry out age verification and may request proof of age at any time.

3.1 — One Account Per Person

Each person may only open one account at jdbygg. Opening multiple accounts will result in immediate suspension without prior warning, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

3.2 — Registration and Information Accuracy

All details provided when opening an account (name, phone number, payment account details) must be accurate. If an account is found to contain incorrect information, jdbygg reserves the right to suspend that account and refuse any withdrawal requests.

3.3 — Security Responsibility

You must keep your login credentials (username and password) secure. You are fully responsible for all bets placed and all deposits and withdrawals made from your account. If you suspect a security breach, contact jdbygg customer service immediately.

jdbygg reserves the right to carry out financial verification checks (KYC — Know Your Customer). All payment methods used must be legitimately owned by you. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.

5.1 — Welcome Bonus

jdbygg offers a 120% bonus — up to 200,000 Ks on your first deposit. Before you can withdraw, you must wager the bonus amount 25 times.

5.2 — General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus is available once per person — limits apply.
• You may not claim multiple promotions at the same time — only one promotion can be used at a time.
• Some game types may contribute to wagering at a different rate than others — please read the promotion details carefully.
• While playing with a bonus, the original deposit amount and the bonus amount are not both considered to count toward wagering equally — withdrawals are only available once the bonus wagering requirement is fully met.
• If jdbygg finds that a bonus is being misused, the bonus may be cancelled and any winnings from ineligible play may be forfeited.

The jdbygg VIP program has three levels—

VIP level upgrades are based on your play activity and are at jdbygg's discretion. Cashback is paid from Monday after the review period closes, and can be withdrawn once the standard wagering requirement is met.

You must play on the jdbygg platform in good faith. The following forms of abuse are strictly prohibited—

• Bonus abuse — opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or having multiple accounts sharing the same phone number, IP address, or device
• Intentionally exploiting game software bugs or glitches
• Using robots, bots, or scripts to play automatically in a way that prevents genuine players from playing fairly
• Initiating chargebacks on payments — which constitutes fraudulent or financially deceptive conduct
• Collusion (Cheating by Coordination) — acting as a group to gain a strategic advantage

If any of these cases occur, jdbygg has the right to suspend that account and conduct a financial investigation without prior notice.

jdbygg reserves the right to suspend or close any account for the following reasons—

• When there is suspicion of a Terms violation
• Refusing to cooperate with KYC verification
• When verification is required for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) purposes
• When a player requests Self-exclusion to restrict their own play
• When required to comply with applicable laws or external obligations

To reopen a suspended account, you must contact jdbygg customer support and provide full details.

jdbygg makes every effort to provide games on the platform without interruption, but in the event of delays, technical errors, or disruptions, jdbygg will resolve the matter at its final discretion and cannot be held directly responsible for any losses.

If you have any dispute regarding a game outcome, you may submit it to jdbygg customer support within 24 hours. If discussions remain unresolved after jdbygg's internal review period, the player may escalate the matter to an external arbitration body. The decision reached will be binding on both parties.

These Terms shall be upheld within the fullest extent of applicable law. If any provision is found to conflict with the law, only that provision will be removed, and the remaining Terms will continue to have full effect.

jdbygg will not apply any legal declaration in any way that undermines the interests of Myanmar players as set out in these Terms.

If these Terms have been updated before you read them, continuing to access the jdbygg platform will be taken as your agreement to the updated terms.
